Q.How much will my number cost?
- A:You can reserve our numbers from as little as QR 500. If you’d prefer a free number we can randomly select one for you.

Q.Can I get any number I choose?
- A:You can have any number that is still available.

Q.What do Vodafone numbers start with?
- A: Our numbers start with a 7, 300, 301 and 302. They contain 8 digits.

Q.Can I reserve the number only?
- A: No, you can only reserve a number when you purchase a Red or Freedom plan.

Q.How do I reserve my Vodafone number?
- A: You can select and reserve a number using our online shop or by visiting one of our Vodafone stores. For numbers valued at less than QR 40,000 we ask that you pay the full amount as part of your online purchase. For numbers that cost more you may choose to:
- pay the full amount as part of your online purchase.
- or pay a QR 25,000 down payment online and pay the remaining balance by cash or cheque when your Welcome Pack is delivered by courier. Please make your cheque out to Vodafone Qatar Q.S.C. for the full remaining amount.

Q.After making a down payment on my number how long do I have to pay the remaining balance?
- A:You will need to pay for the remaining balance when your Welcome Pack is delivered to you or when you pick it up from the Aramex Shop&Ship location. If the balance is not paid, your offer will be cancelled and you will lose your number.

Q.What is the Welcome Pack?
- A:The Vodafone Welcome Pack contains your Vodafone SIM, along with your Vodafone number.

Q.Will my down payment be refunded if I decide not to complete the purchase?
- A:Yes, we will refund you the full down payment.

Q.Can I transfer the number into somebody else’s name?
- A: At this time it is not possible to transfer your account and number to someone else’s name.
