  • Q.Who can get Vodafone Broadband?
    • A:All residents at The Pearl, including private and business customers.
  • Q.Where can I sign up?
    • A:Our Vodafone Mobile Retail Stores will be visiting The Pearl between 5PM to 11PM on Sunday to Thursday and 3PM to 11PM Friday and Saturday starting from 8 July 2010 for two weeks. After this you can sign up at our stores at City Centre and Landmark.
  • Q.How much does it cost and what do I get?
    • A:The choice of 3 plans which will be valid for the next 12 months are:
      • QR220 for 2Mbit/s
      • QR330 for 3Mbit/s
      • QR550 for 5Mbit/s
  • Q.Will Vodafone be introducing different plans?
    • A:Yes, they will be introduced towards the end of the year.
  • Q.How long does the plan last?
    • A:30 days. After that, you’ll receive another Vodafone Broadband plan via your Freedom account.
  • Q.How does Freedom work?
    • A:Freedom is the monthly way to pay for our plans. It means no bills, no queues and no lock-in contracts. Every 30 days, we’ll add a new plan to your account, which will be paid automatically from your bank account or credit card.
  • Q.Can I get a home phone line with Vodafone?
    • A:Currently Vodafone is only offering broadband, but voice services will be available at the end of the year. In the meantime, you can use your Vodafone Flexi mobile plan to get talking.
