Q.How long does my Red Plan last?
- A: Your Red Plan is valid for 60 days. Each time you top-up, your balance and any bonuses that you get are extended for another 60 days.

- A: Family & Friends minutes are minutes that you can use to make domestic calls to other Vodafone Qatar numbers, free of charge.

Q.How can I buy and top-up a Red Plan?

You can top-up a Red Plan using the following methods:
1. Use ‘online top-up’ found here on our website for fast and easy top-up of any Red 20 and above.
2. By scratch card. Dial *100# and press ‘2’ to activate your scratch card. Then enter the unique number that is printed on your receipt or on the scratch card that you’ve purchased.
3. Dial 111 from your Vodafone mobile phone and follow the recorded instructions. Enter your unique number that is printed on your receipt or on the scratch card that you’ve purchased.
4. Visit selected QNB, Doha Bank & QIB ATM’s and follow the prompts.
5. Simply visit a Vodafone store or Vodafone Partner across the country to have a Red Plan directly loaded onto your phone.

Q.Is there a limit to the call duration I can make?
- A: Yes, 120 minutes is the maximum duration per call. After which, the call will be cut off and you will need to call the person back.

Q.How do I get started once I purchase my Welcome Pack and Mobile Broadband Plan?

If your purchase was made at a Vodafone Retail Store, then all you have to do is insert your Vodafone SIM into your device and you are good to go.
If your purchase was done at any of our Vodafone Partner Stores, you will need to insert your Vodafone SIM into a mobile phone and top-up your account with your Mobile Broadband scratch card. Once your plan has been topped up, you can now insert the SIM into your device.
