- Q. How do I use the electronic load method to buy Vodafone plans?
- A. All you need to do is:
- Choose which Vodafone Red plan you want to buy
- Give the authorised Vodafone retailer your phone number
- Check the confirmation message on the retailer’s phone to confirm the right plan is selected and your phone number is correct.
- Pay the retailer for your Red plan as soon as you receive the confirmation SMS on your phone.
- Q. What happens if the Red plan I buy is loaded onto the wrong phone number?
- A. To help avoid this happening, please be sure to check that the phone number is correct in the confirmation message on the retailer’s phone before your purchase is finalised. This is very important and the best way to avoid a problem.
If the Red plan is loaded on the wrong phone number, follow these steps: - The retailer needs to contact the Dealer helpline and give them the details of the incorrect plan load
- A customer champion will call the customer who received the Red product by mistake and ask about the incorrect purchase
- Only if the other customer agrees to the transaction being reversed can the Customer Champion reverse the transaction and load the Red plan onto your account
- We will contact you to let you know if the reversal will be able to be processed
- Q. What happens if a retailer loads the wrong Red plan onto my phone?
- A. To help avoid this happening, please be sure to check that the phone number is correct in the confirmation message on the retailer’s phone before your purchase is finalised. This is very important and the best way to avoid a problem. Unfortunately, our customer champions are not able to help with this kind of problem. You will need to agree with the retailer on fair payment.
