- Q. What is Flexi?
- A:Flexi is our pricing plan that offers you incredible value. All Flexi plans come packed with bonus value and loads of free Vodafone minutes. The bigger the Flexi plan the more value you can expect.
- Q. What do Flexi plans cost?
- A:Flexi plans are available in a range of sizes: Flexi 20 (as Reload only online)Flexi 35, Flexi 55, Flexi 110, Flexi 220, Flexi 330, Flexi 550.
- Q. What are Vodafone minutes?
- A:Vodafone Minutes are minutes that you can use to make domestic calls to another Vodafone Qatar Number free of charge.
- Your Vodafone Minutes for all Flexi on Freedom plans have a validity of 60 days.
- For Flexi 20 on Red, Vodafone minutes are valid for only 30 days from date of purchase.
- For Flexi 35, 55, 110, 220, 330, and 550 on Red, your Vodafone minutes have a validity of 60 days.
- A:Vodafone Minutes are minutes that you can use to make domestic calls to another Vodafone Qatar Number free of charge.
- Q. How often will I be charged for a plan and how do I pay?
- A:Flexi on Freedom is designed to automatically pay for your plan directly from your credit card or bank account. Your Freedom account will be charged 30 days after your last Flexi purchase. If the value on your Flexi plan runs out before then, we’ll automatically add another plan on for you. At day 30, any value that remains on your plan will be rolled over for another month. This includes your free Vodafone minutes.The amount that you will be charged for depends on which Flexi plan you have purchased..
- Q. Which services are included in the Flexi plans?
- A:You can use your Flexi plan with any of our Vodafone products. That means all your local and international calling, SMS, MMS, Roaming and Mobile Internet is covered by one flexible plan.
- Q. What are the standard national calling and SMS rates?
- A:National calls cost QR 0.50 a minute and each national SMS costs QR 0.40.
- Q. What are the standard international call and SMS rates?
- A:International calling rates start as low as QR 0.69/min to certain destinations. To find the international rate you're looking for, visit our International page. We often have promotional rates, such as our current one where you can call anywhere in the world for only QR 0.55/min every Sunday until the end of 2010.
- Q. How will I know if my value is running low?
- A:We’ll send you an SMS to let you know when you’ve used 80% of your plan. You can also check your account balance at any time by dialling *129#, which will display your account balance on your mobile screen.
- Q. Can I move between Flexi plans after I have signed up?
- A:Yes, you can change your plan up or down at any time, at no cost. Move between plans by calling our Customer Care Centre on 800 7111 or 111 from your Vodafone mobile.
- Q. Do I get the same bonus value and free Vodafone minutes every time I purchase?
- A:Yes, you’ll receive the same extra value every time you purchase a Flexi plan.
- Q. How long does my plan last?
- A:Your plan will last for 30 days. If you still have value left after 30 days it will be rolled over for another 30 days. At the end of the second 30 day period any unused value will expire..
- Q. Which plan is used up first?
- A:Your oldest plan will be used first.
- Q. If I go overseas, will I be able to use my Vodafone number?
- A:Yes, Roaming is available on your Flexi plan. For more information on Roaming, including rates, click here.
- Q. Is there a limit to the call duration I can make?
- A:Yes, 120 minutes is the maximum per call.
