• Offered to recently Graduates from Qatar University, Carnegie Mellon, CNAQ, Texas A&M and other Education City universities
• Chosen graduates must be Qatari to align with Vodafone’s strategy ‘…be the role model for Qatarisation’
• Graduates rotate around 3 business units, 4 months each (project based ; 1 customer facing)
• At the end of the year they will be offered a permanent role in one of the 3 areas (subject to performance)
• On the job learning underpinned by development programme, designed to develop time management and presentation skills, self-awareness, impact and influence, and management capabilities.
• Selection process will determine who will be offered a placement
• Each graduate will have a manager (project related) and a mentor, who will coach and support them
