The Winners of World of Difference 2012 Announced!

Congratulations to Abdullah Al Naemi and Kathleen Bates, our World of Difference 2012 Award Winners!

Abdullah Al Naemi is founder of Second Chance Animal Rescue that involves direct action to help abused, abandoned and stray animals in Qatar, as well as raising awareness of the issue of animal welfare in Qatar. Abdulla owns one of the few veterinarian clinics in Qatar, and has been actively involved in animal welfare in Qatar.

Kathleen Bates is founder of Freestyle, an aquatics programme that includes swimming, snorkelling and scuba diving for the physically disabled population. It will be the first and the only one of its kind inQatar.
